Who we are
The controller of your personal data is Eastern Digital Services s.r.o., a company registered in the Slovak Republic, Company ID (IČO) 54441391, trading as ECS Digital ("we"). Contact: hello@ecsdigital.io.
What data we process
When you send a request through the form on ecsdigital.io: your name, the contact you leave (email, phone or messenger), the company name and size and the description of the task, if you provide them, and the topic you chose. We also keep technical data needed to protect the form from abuse (date and time of the request).
Why and on what legal basis
We use the data only to reply to your request and to prepare a possible cooperation: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to cooperation are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. If we sign a contract, the data is kept for as long as the law requires for contractual and accounting records.
Who receives the data
Only our team and the providers that help us run the site and our CRM (hosting, email, CRM), under data processing agreements. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the safeguards required by GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only things stored in your browser are whether you paused the animation and which language you chose; they never leave your device.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@ecsdigital.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
